How do I know if I need rehab or physio?
Do I need a referral to book in?
No referral is required for private bookings. You can schedule directly with us. If you have a GP Care Plan, or plan to claim through a third party such as WorkCover or DVA, please contact us beforehand so we can guide you through the process and ensure everything is in place before your first session.
What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have any relevant scans, reports, or medical notes, bring them along. You do not need to prepare anything else as we will guide you through the process from the moment you arrive. If you prefer, you can call ahead for a quick overview of what to expect.
