Focusing on strength, mobility, and injury prevention/rehabilitation this class takes a personalised approach to your needs and demands as an artistic athlete.

Physio led Youth Gym Classes designed for young athletes looking to improve strength, conditioning and overall athletic performance in a safe and supportive environment. 
 
Held after school during the term, this 10 week program includes fitness testing, structured progressions and progress reports upon completion. Suitable for a range of sporting backgrounds and experience levels.

A 10-week women’s strength training program designed to build confidence, strength, and consistency with lifting and weights.

Great for building bone density, preventing osteoporosis, preserving lean muscle mass and preventing against chronic conditions like heart disease and diabetes.

Designed for individuals currently undergoing knee rehabilitation, either pre or post surgery, our KneeHab classes provide a safe and supportive environment to rebuild strength, mobility and confidence.

Sessions focus on improving knee stability, balance, movement quality and overall function through guided rehabilitation based exercise. Suitable for a range of knee injuries and recovery stages, with exercise modifications available where needed.

Different classes may come with different pricing structures and pre-requisites to attendance. Please read the corresponding information above regarding the specific class types and be in contact with us at the front desk if you have any further questions prior to booking online. 

All general ‘Strength and Exercise’ classes require a Pre-Exercise Assessment to be completed prior to jumping in. Calling to book this will ensure we find a time with a suitable physio and prevent any gym availability clashes. Also note that some classes below may be full due to regular gym attendees BUT waitlists are available and we are expanding our class schedule due to high demand. Expressions of interest are welcome!
