Do I need a referral to book in?
No referral needed. You can book directly with us. If you’re claiming through insurance, we can help guide you through the process.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Wear something comfortable and bring any relevant scans or reports. We’ll take care of the rest once you’re here.
How long should I allow for my appointment?
If it’s your first time or you’ve booked a long session, please allow at least an hour. Standard follow-ups usually take 30 to 45 minutes. Occasionally, appointments may run slightly over time, but we’ll always let you know if there’s a longer delay.
Is physio just for injuries?
Not at all. We also help with movement improvement, strength building, injury prevention, and long-term health goals.
Do you offer health fund rebates?
Yes, we have HICAPS onsite so you can claim on the spot if you’re with a participating private health fund.
