What Is Vestibular Physiotherapy?

Vestibular physiotherapy focuses on treating problems with the inner ear and balance system that can cause dizziness, vertigo, unsteadiness, and nausea. These issues can impact daily life, movement confidence, and even simple tasks like walking. Our tailored approach targets the root cause, helping you feel steady and regain control.

Evidence-Based Treatment for Lasting Relief

Using proven vestibular rehabilitation techniques, we retrain your balance system and reduce symptoms over time. This may involve exercises for gaze stabilisation, head and body movements, and balance training, all customised to your condition and tolerance levels.

Helping You Move with Confidence Again

Whether your symptoms are recent or long-standing, vestibular physiotherapy is highly effective. We work closely with you to gradually improve stability, reduce dizziness, and restore independence so you can return to normal activities without fear of losing balance.
