Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This gives us the best chance to offer the time to someone else who may need treatment.

If 24 hours isn’t possible, we require a minimum of 4 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or failing to attend without notice may attract a cancellation fee.
