If something feels off, whether it is pain, stiffness, or simply not moving the way you used to, it is worth getting assessed. You do not need to be injured to benefit from therapy. Many clients come to us to improve movement quality, build resilience, and address small issues before they become bigger problems.

No referral is required for private bookings. You can schedule directly with us. If you have a GP Care Plan, or plan to claim through a third party such as WorkCover or DVA, please contact us beforehand so we can guide you through the process and ensure everything is in place before your first session.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. If you have any relevant scans, reports, or medical notes, bring them along. You do not need to prepare anything else as we will guide you through the process from the moment you arrive. If you prefer, you can call ahead for a quick overview of what to expect.

This varies for each person. Some clients notice improvements immediately while others require a longer period of consistent treatment to see lasting change. We will discuss your goals, your current condition, and your lifestyle commitments to create a timeline that makes sense for you.
