These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Good Physio Et Al Pty Ltd (ABN 42 604 286 759), trading as Good Physio.

By accessing our website, making a booking, or attending an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

Services and Scope

Good Physio provides allied health services including physiotherapy (general, musculoskeletal, sports, dance, and vestibular), remedial massage, dietetics, podiatry, exercise and rehabilitation programs, clinical Pilates, strength and conditioning, and acupuncture.

Our practitioners deliver services within their professional scope. Clients may be referred to other health professionals where appropriate.

Good Physio does not provide emergency medical care, surgical procedures, or services outside the scope of allied health practice. Results from treatment vary and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Private Health, Medicare, NDIS, and Third-Party Claims

  • Private Health Insurance: All funds accepted. HICAPS available with a valid card. If no card, the full fee is payable and receipts are provided.
  • Medicare: Clients under GP Care Plans must provide their plan at reception prior to the appointment, with a valid Medicare and debit card for rebates. Missing documentation = full fee payable.
  • NDIS: Self-Managed and Plan-Managed participants accepted. Clients are responsible for ensuring cover applies before booking.
  • Return to Work & Motor Vehicle Accident: All paperwork, including claim number and approval, must be submitted prior to the appointment. Missing documentation = full fee payable.
  • Massage Therapy: John Smith, massage therapist, does not accept GP Care Plans, Medicare rebates, Return to Work, or Motor Vehicle Accident claims. His sessions are available only for private paying clients or those claiming through private health where applicable.

Health and Liability

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete health information. Changes in health status must be disclosed.
  • Services support health and rehabilitation but are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment by a doctor.
  • To the extent permitted by law, Good Physio is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Good Physio website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is owned by Good Physio Et Al Pty Ltd unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South Australian courts.
